Louie Josytewa lives on Second Mesa in the village of Shungopavi in Northern Arizona and is very active in village life and their ceremonies.   He is a member of the Snow Clan.  

Louis is a very talented silversmith and does the beautiful silver overlay typical of Hopi artists.   He also does excellent work in gold.
